How long is the session?
The session is 60 minutes.
Does it include handouts?
Yes! You will receive a handout that summarizes everything covered during the session.
At how many weeks pregnant do you recommend doing the session?
Since many C-sections are performed earlier than the due date, I recommend to schedule this session around 34-35 weeks or a bit earlier to provide ample time to practice the techniques covered in the session.
What if my C-section is a few days away?
It is certainly crunch time by this point! But still ok to prep with this session! Just make sure to book ASAP!
Any discounts postpartum for doing this session?
YES! I offer a 15% discount for your postpartum evaluation if you do a birth prep session with me!
Any sessions offered for immediately after the C-section if I feel like I need support beyond what we reviewed?
