Preparing for a C-section? This one-on-one session is designed to help you feel confident and supported—before baby even arrives. Learn how to move, lift, and care for your baby in ways that protect your core, promote healing, and make daily tasks easier. We’ll also dive into early scar care and feeding positions that support both you and your baby. Set yourself up for a smoother, more empowered recovery from day one.

Clear, supportive education on what to expect before, during, and after a C-section, including common procedures, early recovery considerations, and ways to feel more informed and prepared going into birth.
Early Strengthening Foundations

Learn practical strategies to make movement more comfortable after a C-section, including bracing techniques with a pillow, breathing strategies, and early movement tips to support comfort and confidence during recovery.
Scar Care & Adhesion Prevention
Understand when and how to begin gentle scar care after a C-section. Learn techniques that promote healthy tissue healing, reduce sensitivity, and help prevent adhesions that can impact comfort, mobility, and long-term function.
